Shipping Policy

In keeping with our mission of providing you with sustainable, eco-friendly teas, we're presently identifying programs that would allow us to offset all our carbon emissions - including those related to shipping. 

The moment we receive your order, we immediately set about preparing your teas quickly as possible. You will receive notifications letting you know when we begin processing your order, when it's shipped, and when it arrives at your doorstep. 

Shipping Options

1) Pick-Up (Local Orders Only.)

All orders can be picked up at one of our locations for FREE. Simply select 'pick-up' at checkout, and specify the date that you will be picking up. Remember, our market locations do change, so please ensure you can make it on the day you select. 

2) Shipping

Nationally we ship via Canada Post and utilise ExpressPost. For your convenience, we provide you with the tracking number. Locally, we hand deliver items whenever possible - often we walk, use bicycles, or even transit to make the journey more sustainable!

Canada-Wide you can expect to receive your package within 2 business days once it ships*.

We offer the following shipping & delivery rates across all of Canada. 

  • For orders less than $75: Shipping is $15.
  • For orders above $75: Shipping is FREE. 

* From time-to-time we do offer promotions, including Free Shipping on orders. In these cases, the specified rates above do not apply, and we may elect to utilise Expedited Parcel services instead of ExpressPost. 

If your shipment arrives damaged, please take photos and get in touch with us via email at orders@earthandwater.ca immediately. We will do everything we can to make your experience a pleasant one.
